We don’t do off the shelf pricing.

Our quotes are based on how we classify your company. We consider two main factors: the stage you’re at and the complexity of the work.

Following an exploratory meeting where we’ll establish the scope of work, you’ll receive a quote tailored to exactly what your business needs.

Your stage of business.

Start-up

You’re less than 18 months into trading, you’ve created your minimum viable product (MVP) and you’re generating revenue. You’re pretty bootstrapped e.g. pre-seed or in the early stages of incorporating seed investment, and you have 5 employees or less. This service starts at £1,050 per month

Scaling up

Your initial product and/or service is generating revenue and profit and now you’re rolling out new products. You’re expanding to new locations and now employ approx. 10-20 staff. You also have investment from Venture Capital or Angel investors. This service starts at £2,250 per month

Growth

You’ve fully established your product and/or service offering, as well as your locations. There’s consistency in your underlying business model, 20 + employees and you have investment through private equity. You have an eye on exiting, through a trade sale or MBO. This service starts at £4,700 per month

All services are billed monthly.

The level of complexity.

Base

You have one product or service, one location, one go-to-market approach e.g. B2B, B2C, affiliates, and focused client and supplier base.

Complicated

You have multiple products or services and multiple locations, departments and go-to-market approaches. There’s minimal transactions in different countries to your operational country.

Complex

You have long-term contracts in place and multiple companies, including intercompany recharges. You also have multiple transactions across a number of countries, including hedging.

With the right financial partnership your business’s landscape will change. So too will the scope of work. Once work has started we’ll set up a quarterly meeting to to discuss our focus for the upcoming quarter based on what’s happening in your business, and what that means for the scope of work.

Migrating to Xero. Price based on level of integration.

Additional CFO support. Price based on number of days per week/month.

Board attendance. Price based on frequency of meetings.

Investment support. Price based on length of support.

Exit support. Price based on length of support.
